Information and communication technologies in language teaching

Abstract

ICT is defined as a technology which main function is to support the process of conveying information and communication. The ways of conveying information don’t have to be carried out directly between a communicator and a communicant. The development of ICT makes the process of communication between the communicator and the communicant easy. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of ICT use in language teaching.
