Abstract

The analysis of social guaranties and labour payment in the free economic zones of countries of market, transitional economy and developing states is conducted. The major factors of the systems of labour payment that influence of the FEZ are selected. The ways of perfection of the systems of payment of labour on prospect are offered in FEZ of Ukraine.
