Financial mathematics as a tool for business valuation

Abstract

It is proved that financial mathematics is an important tool in assessing the value of a business. The existing relationship between indicators of assessing the value of business and quantitative tools of financial mathematics was analyzed. It's methods and models allow qualitative analysis and quantitative assessment of the cost of capital, and its the owner to be more flexible in managing the business.
