Motivation as an important component of soft skills

Abstract

This article deals with the role of motivation in foreign language learning as one of the components of soft skills. Motivation is an important factor which accounts for the success or failure of any complex task. The aricle defines the term motivation, explains different types of motivation, how they interact in learning motivation, highlights key factors of motivation and provides some tips for improving motivation at foreign language lessons.
