Розглянуто проблеми працевлаштування з точки зору гендерного аспекту. Охарактеризовано структуру зайнятих на ринку праці та бажаючих працевлаштуватися залеж¬но від статевої ознаки.The problems of employment are considered from point of gender aspect. A structure of those employed at the labour market and persons interested to be placed in a job depending on a sexual sign is characterized.
