Abstract

Globalization as an economic phenomenon and phenomenon, as an objective law of human development, is constantly attracting the attention of scientists and economists. The reason is that globalization, which deepened in the last third of the last century, has become dominant in world development, as it is a manifestation of the modern post-industrial stage of development of the world economy and society in relations between countries. Globalization is gaining its own logic and inertia, has an increasing impact on the development of national economies of different countries and Ukraine in particular. The result of the globalization process is the formation of a global economy. Therefore, the discipline «Global Economy» is an important component of economics, as well as a prerequisite for successful industry, each business entity, an important function of effective management and control over the rational and economic use of resources, economic processes and their results. The discipline «Global Economy» is basic for professionals in the field of international business, as it covers the basic forms of organization and efficiency of management at the level of the main structural link of international social production, provides the necessary set of theoretical and practical knowledge of international market economy management.
