Social development of united territorial communities assessment

Abstract

An analysis of the budget potential of the united territorial communities to determine the prerequisites for balanced development of territories and the implementation of local government reform, financial decentralization and efficiency of local government. The organization of the process of providing social services at the community level is studied and the methods of establishing social security for residents and providing administrative services are identified. The list of components and indicators of assessment of social development of the united territorial communities for definition of urgent problems and optimum distribution of available resources is offered.
