Abstract

Розглянуто основні проблеми оцінки гудвіла підприємств в Україні. Запропоновано на базі світової практиці застосовувати певні підходи до методів розрахунку внутрішньо створеного гудвіла.The main problems of estimation of goodwill of enterprises in Ukraine are examined. It is offered on the base of foreign experience to apply the certain approaches to near the methods of calculation of internal goodwill.
