Implementation of european standards for occupational safety and health in Ukraine

Abstract

The European legislation on occupational safety and health is analysed, the ways of its implementation in the Ukrainian legislation on occupational safety and hygiene are considered, the available results of bringing the Ukrainian legislation in line with EU legislation are studied. It is established that to improve the effectiveness of European standards it is necessary to coordinate and effective cooperation of structures involved in the system of labour organization, continuous interaction of employers with workers.
