Abstract

In the article the fact that the knowledge of the enterprise is the nonmaterial resource which form the competitive advantages of the enterprise is grounded. The conceptual apparatus as for the knowledge of the enterprise is examined. The factors that influence upon the state of knowledge are found out. The results of diagnostics of the state of knowledge at the enterprises of Ukraine and Poland are given. The model of knowledge management is offered.
