ОСОБЛИВОСТІ АНТИКРИЗОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ В БАНКУ

Abstract

Досліджено поняття антикризового управління, розглянуто головні завдання та стратегічні напрями антикризового управління банком залежно від глибини кризи. Підкреслено важливість ефективного антикризового менеджменту при управлінні банком у сучасних післякризових умовах. Проаналізовано поточну ситуацію щодо реалізації антикризового управління у вітчизняних банкахThe concept of anticrisis management is investigated. The main objectives and stra¬te¬gic directions of anticrisis management of a bank depending on the depth of the crisis are considered. The importance of effective anticrisis management in the current postcrisis period is underlined. The current realization of anticrisis management in Ukrainian banks is analyzed.
