Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of factors, that determinate transformation of necessity of employees in teaching in concrete actions from their side on the rise of their own level of qualification. The research is based on questioning of small and middle enterprises of sphere of trade, services and production sphere of central and south regions of Ukraine.
