Abstract

In the article the basic components of the mechanism of population shift of Ukraine, such as the purposes, tasks, appropriate to them, function, structure of maintenance of the migration mechanism, conditions of migration, migration’s communications, migration climate, process of work of the migration mechanism from a position of the economic and social approach to its consideration are stated.
