Abstract

In the modern era of rapid development of information technologies, the information system has become the main tool for supporting the work of the enterprise and making strategic decisions. These systems are not only re-sponsible for storing and processing data, but also have a profound impact on business processes and customer experience. With the deepening of digital transformation, businesses are increasingly relying on information systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and increase competitiveness. However, changing market demands, rapid advances in technology, and rising customer expectations have led many companies to face the problem that their infor-mation systems cannot effectively meet business needs. The results of this study provide a real-world optimization path for e-commerce platforms and demonstrate the effect of applying big data and AI technology in real-world business scenarios. The results show that thanks to the use of business intel-ligence tools and technologies, enterprises can significantly improve the flexi-bility, efficiency and scalability of information systems, thereby maintaining a leading position in the conditions of high competition in the market.
