Super-apps concept: the next step of digitalization of public services in Ukraine

The thesis explores the rise of super-apps - platforms integrating multiple digital services - and Ukraine’s potential to become a European leader in this domain. It highlights public initiatives like the “Diia” platform and private efforts, alongside advancements in digital banking. Ukraine’s digital infrastructure supports this growth, though challenges like cybersecurity and regulation remain. The country’s progress could position it as a model for integrating super-apps into public governance and digital transformation globally.
