Developing creative thinking in foreign language classes

Abstract

The aim of this study is to get an insight into modern approaches to the concept of “creative thinking” and define the conditions for the development of creative thinking of students of non-language specialties in the process of teaching a foreign language. It is also noted that there are main factors, which are important for the development of a creative personality. And the most effective teaching methods that contribute to the development of creative thinking in the classroom in a foreign language are described.
