Systematization of methods and modern technologies of interrelations between banks and clients management in ukraine

Abstract

Theoretical aspects, practical methods and modern technologies of serving customers are considered. The problem of long-term relationship with customers is justified. The eventual risks by broadening access for customers are recognized. There are presented suggestions how to increase efficiency of interrelations between clients and banks.
