Abstract

The article deals with national and regional trends of market economy formation. Structural changes in qualitative indices of the industrial complex financial activity are examined. The authors designed a system of interdependent indices of enterprise finansial and economic entity’s activity and to organize the procedure of reorganization and restructuring. Unlike a lot of financial indices, this method of enterprise activity financial assessment enables to discover key problems in the economic entities’ activity and to make immediate decisions about the necessity of undertaking reorganization basing on available primary information.
