Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problems of shareholders’ rights observance under the process of corporative management. The author investigates the theoretical bases of interaction between subjects of corporative interrelations and offers her own conception of balancing their interests. In the article the necessity of bringing into the economic theory the category of "corporate interests market" is grounded and the theory of shareholders’ behaviour on the market is developed.
