Non-tariff regulation of foreign trade activities in Ukraine

Abstract

The accession of Ukraine to the global economic system provides for the formation of a clear and balanced state foreign economic policy, which requires fundamentally new approaches to improve the mechanism of regulation of foreign trade. The development and improvement of non-tariff regulation tools is relevant. The authors concluded that the mechanism for regulating foreign economic activity is not a sustainable set of measures, forms and methods. Like all common phenomena, it undergoes changes. The choice of the legal system of non-tariff measures for regulating foreign economic activity should take place in accordance with the requirements of the WTO aimed at liberalizing international trade, which is essential for the formation of state foreign economic policy.
