Abstract

Розглянуто сутність понять "комунікація" і "комунікаційний процес", структуру комунікаційного процесу; систематизовано бар'єри на шляху комунікаційного процесу; узагальнено принципи побудови системи комунікацій на підприємстві; запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності комунікаційних процесів.Clarified the essence of the concepts of "communication" and "communication process", the structure of the communication process was considered; systematic barriers to communication process; the principles of construction of system of communications within the undertaking are generalized; the ways of increasing the efficiency of communication processes was suggested.
