| Abstract: | The article reflects about the importance of means of planning of tax expenditures. The practice of use of off-shore companies for tax minimization purposes is highlighted and summarized. Dynamics of goods turnover and attraction of investments are analyzed. Analysis of practicability of setting up an off-shore zone in a separate region of Ukraine is proposed. |
