Abstract: In today's digital business environment, the transformation of HR practices with the inclusion of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in company management is an extremely important aspect. This paper examines the interrelationship between Green Entrepreneurial Orientation (GEO), Green Human Capital (GHC), and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as core drivers of organizational environmental transformation. Particular attention is paid to the role of human capital in implementing green HR practices, including workforce planning, recruitment, training, performance management, and reward systems. The study highlights that integrating GHRM within a digitalized context enhances environmental responsibility, innovation capacity, employee retention, and overall organizational resilience, thereby supporting long-term sustainable development goals.
