Abstract: The thesis analyzes the role of intellectual property as a strategic resource for maintaining Ukraine’s economic resilience during martial law and in the post-war recovery period. It highlights the importance of IP in supporting innovation, strengthening critical sectors, enhancing investment attractiveness, and integrating Ukraine into the European legal and economic framework. The study substantiates that effective protection, management, and commercialization of intellectual property are essential for technological advancement, human capital retention, international cooperation, and the formation of conditions for sustainable economic growth. IP is shown to be a key instrument in the digital economy, the defense industry, and the reconstruction of critical infrastructure, ensuring Ukraine’s competitiveness in the global market.
