| Abstract: | The methods of determining the optimal enterprise innovation activity period are grounded. The optimal criterion is the maximum enterprise effieciency. The qualitative model taking into consideration the particularities of the last phase of the economic cycle of the existing technology and assimilation of the innovation technology is furnished. |
