| Abstract: | The paper examines the role of digital technologies in transforming the educational process in higher education institutions under conditions of distance and blended learning. It analyzes the integration of the personal learning system (PNS) with Zoom video conferencing and the use of massive open online courses to enhance learning effectiveness, develop digital competencies, and ensure interactive communication be-tween lecturers and applicants. It is substantiated that the implementation of modern digital tools improves the quality, flexibility, and innovativeness of the educational environment. |
