| Abstract: | This study analyses how artificial intelligence is changing the jobs market across Europe. It highlights that while AI automates routine tasks, it rarely replaces whole jobs, instead creating new 'hybrid' roles that combine technology with human skills. The research concludes that continuous learning and retraining are essential for workers to adapt to this digital economy. |
