| Abstract: | Basic trends in staff training system of Ukraine were investigated. The necessity to apply the balance method for estimating the extent of learning efficiency and for analysis of manpower reproduction was proved. The coefficient, which defines the entrance to educational institutions, the graduating and the unforeseen change in quantity of students were analyzed. |
