| Abstract: | The emotional regulation of managers in human resources management and the need to implement modern approaches to organizing events that meet consumer expectations and market requirements, taking into account the growing importance of brand experience, are considered. Recommendations are provided for the integration of event architecture into marketing activities, which involves thoughtful planning, the use of modern technologies and personalization of events. |
