| Abstract: | Рассмотрены мотивы слияний и поглощений, основные этапы заключения сделок M&A, необходимая документация и правовые аспекты заключения таких сделок. Затронут вопрос "рейдерства" как основного препятствия для развития сделок M&A в Украине. The article deals with motives of mergers and acquisitions, main stages of conclusion of a bargain, necessary documentation and legal aspects of conclusion of such bargains. The article raises a question of "raiding" as the main obstacle for developing of M&A in Ukraine. |
