Abstract: The article is devoted to substantiation of the main subjective qualitative factors that are typical for stimulating the work of managers of the strategic level of enterprise management, and which should be taken into account in developing a system of economic incentives for their activities. be able to significantly influence the final results of the work of top managers. The article analyzes the scientific achievements of predecessors in the formation and use of performance indicators of enterprises as indicators of stimulating the work of top managers; top managers of industrial enterprises were interviewed about their opinions on the main factors influencing the effectiveness of their own activities; the interrelation of factors influencing the work incentives of top managers presented in the questionnaire is proved; clear and latent tendencies of interrelation of factors of influence on productivity of managers of strategic level of the enterprises are revealed; the integral indicator of qualitative factors of stimulation of work of managers is defined, quantitative values of which have proved existence of insufficient account of factors on process of stimulation.
