Abstract: Training future specialists in an era of a student-centered approach, educators seek the methods and tools to make the teaching and learning process not only more efficient but also beneficial and interactive. One of the means of ensuring learner autonomy is the reflection. Having chosen a personal educational pathway, students are encouraged to participate in reflective interviews. To prepare for a reflective interview, we encourage an educator to consider some issues and work out a course plan. We offer a set of question to ensure conducting a successful reflective interview.
