Abstract: | The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of standard and type of organization culture on motivation of labour activity and interest of personnel in results of their work. The organization culture is the efficient factor of staff as grounded in the article. For revealing the place of organization culture in motivation process the author of the article investigates "the world of labour" which consists of four aspects of labour. |
