Abstract: The article examines the role of social and communication support for business in an inclusive economy. It is emphasized that enterprises focused on social responsibility play a key role in solving social problems, which requires effective communication with various groups of stakeholders. The main components of the formation of such support are analyzed: analysis of target audiences, the influence of communication channels, the use of social engineering and assessment of economic efficiency. Practical recommendations are given for the integration of social and communication technologies into business processes to increase brand engagement and trust. It is emphasized that the inclusion of inclusion principles in enterprise strategies contributes to sustainable development and positive socio-economic changes.
