Abstract:	In the article the author considers the method of evaluation of an enterprise investment attractiveness based on the index approach. The index which is capable of changing its calculated base and adapting in compliance with the aims of individual investor is grounded and suggested. The offered index can be used by various rating agencies, analytical offices and individual investors.
