| Abstract: | The purpose of the study is to develop a business model that allows au-tomating the process of accounting, analysis and forecasting of demand for tourist services of the travel agency's information systems. The object of the study is the information system of the tourist services agency. The subject of the study is a web application for accounting for customer requests and gen-erating statistical reports. The research method is structural-object modeling using CASE tools. An analysis of the subject area was performed, require-ments for the functionality of the system were defined, use case diagrams were built and a database model was developed, a web application based on the client-server architecture was implemented using the Django, Post-greSQL, HTML/CSS and JavaScript technology stack. The application allows you to register user requests, store data on destinations and categories of travel services, filter requests, generate reports, and also provides multi-level authorization for users of different roles. |
