Abstract

In the article, the role of intellectual technologies as a key factor in the formation of a digital strategy for enterprise development is considered. The author focuses on the functionality of such technologies as artificial intelligence, big data, machine learning, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and digital twins. It is substantiated that these tools not only optimize operational processes but also have a significant impact on strategic analysis, risk modeling, goal setting, and business models. The importance of the digital maturity of an enterprise in the context of the introduction of intelligent technologies is determined.
