Abstract:	In the article the problems of innovation technological development in postindustrial society are determined. The main approaches to explanation the mechanism of stable economic growth under modern conditions are considered, as well as the possibilities of estimating its quality and rates are analysed. On the basis of it the directions of innovation technological development for Ukraine are determined.
