| Abstract: | In the article, modern approaches to assessing personnel effectiveness in conditions of rapid economic change, growing competition, and uncertainty are considered. The authors analyze traditional and modern assessment methods, compare their advantages and limitations, and justify the effectiveness of an integrated approach that combines quantitative tools (Key Performance Indicators, KPI) with qualitative methods (360° Feedback). It is shown that modern personnel assessment systems focused on development increase the objectivity of assessment, promote professional growth of employees, and support the sustainable development of the organization. The integration of KPI and 360° Feedback provides a comprehensive assessment of both performance results and the methods used to achieve them, stimulates motivation, improves teamwork, and increases the adaptability of the enterprise in a dynamic market. |
