Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of professional success and the transformation of an individual's motivational sphere under martial law. The study's relevance stems from a fundamental shift in society's value orientations, in which professional activity ceases to be merely a means of career advancement and becomes a strategic resource for mental resilience and national resistance. It has been determined that professional success during wartime takes on a new dimension, serving as a tool for maintaining psychological stability and a mechanism for providing economic assistance to the state.
