| Abstract: | The world experience testifies to the fact that the developed system of mortgage crediting is one of the key points in creating powerful and stable economy. The article is devoted to the attraction of long-term financial resources to mortgage crediting. Refinancing of mortgage credits is the most effective way of solving this problem. |
