Ukraine’s customs security within the system of international rankings: challenges, trends, and strategic perspectives

Abstract

The study is devoted to determining Ukraine's place in international rankings as an indicator of the effectiveness of the national customs risk management system in the face of security challenges. The dynamics of the main indicators of customs security during 2023–2025 are analyzed. Reserves for increasing the effectiveness of customs risk management are outlined. The need to implement mechanisms to counter hybrid threats is justified, which will minimize the impact of security challenges on the foreign economic activity of the state.
