Abstract

The necessity of systematic approach application to resources saving management at an enterprise is grounded in the article. Purposes tree method is proposed as one of the resources saving methods. This method was used for enterprises of oil and gas complex. The priority of purposes of resources saving management at the enterprises of oil and gas complex was determined by means of Delphi technique and T. Saati’s priority scale.
