| Abstract: | The priority areas for the development of the public administration system based on the principles of a circular economy in the context of modern global transformations are substantiated. It is determined that the formation of a resource-efficient model of state policy requires a comprehensive and new approach, which involves the integration of the principles of circularity into strategic planning, improvement of regulatory and legal support, application of financial and economic incentives, institutional modernization and digitalization of management processes. It is proven that the coordinated implementation of these areas will contribute to increasing the efficiency of public administration, ensuring the rational use of resources and the formation of long-term sustainability of the socio-economic development of Ukraine. |
