Abstract: The article examines the role of intellectual property and technology transfer in the enterprise risk management system under martial law conditions. It is substantiated that the use of innovative technologies and intellectual assets is associated with the emergence of additional sources of uncertainty related to the legal status, conditions of use, and level of protection of intellectual property objects. The study identifies specific risks of technology transfer, including dependence on external providers, restrictions on technology use, and uncertainty of expected economic outcomes. A conceptual approach to integrating intellectual property and technology transfer into the enterprise risk management process is proposed, which involves their application at the stages of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring. It is proved that the systematic use of intellectual property management tools contributes to reducing risks and enhancing enterprise resilience in an unstable environment.
