| Abstract: | The study examines the problem of knowledge management as an important element of human resources development in modern organizations. The author emphasizes that in the context of the transformation of the knowledge economy, knowledge management ceases to be just an auxiliary function and turns into a strategic tool for ensuring the competitiveness of the organization and the development of human capital. The paper analyzes theoretical approaches to knowledge management, in particular the concepts of implicit and explicit knowledge, organizational learning, knowledge creation and learning organization. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between knowledge management and human resources development, as well as the role of organizational culture, leadership, digital technologies and performance management systems in the processes of creating, distributing and using knowledge. The author proves that effective knowledge management contributes to the development of professional competencies, the formation of a culture of continuous learning, increasing staff adaptability and strengthening organizational resilience. The modern challenges of digital transformation, information overload, remote work and the use of artificial intelligence in knowledge management systems are separately considered. The implementation of effective knowledge management practices requires a systemic approach, integration of technological and social mechanisms, as well as coordination of HRD strategy with organizational learning and development processes. |
