| Abstract: | The article examines the transformation of management theory and practice under conditions of increasing global uncertainty and instability. Particular attention is paid to the evolution of management approaches from the SPOD and VUCA paradigms to the modern BANI environment, characterized by fragility, anxiety, non-linearity and incomprehensibility. The study analyzes contemporary trends in international business management, including the integration of artificial intelligence and Big Data technologies, the spread of remote and hybrid work models, ESG-oriented management, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and the restructuring of global supply chains. The paper emphasizes the growing importance of organizational resilience, strategic flexibility, adaptive leadership, and cross-functional collaboration in ensuring competitiveness. It is argued that traditional management models are becoming ineffective in the modern environment, requiring companies to adopt dynamic strategies, innovative organizational structures, and people-centered approaches to management. |
