Abstract: The study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of communication management as one of the key functions of modern organizational management under conditions of digitalization and transformational change. The essence of communication management is defined as a system of interconnected processes aimed at ensuring effective information exchange between the organization and its internal and external environment. The study analyzes the role of internal and external communications in increasing management efficiency, staff involvement, organizational adaptability and competitiveness. Particular attention is paid to the influence of transformational processes caused by digitalization, globalization, military-economic challenges and changes in business models on the development of communication systems.
