dc.description.abstractThe article examines the transformation of management education in China under the influence of global sustainability trends, social development priorities, and socio-economic changes. Particular attention is paid to the integration of social economy principles into managerial education, emphasizing social responsibility, ethical leadership, and sustainable development. The study highlights the role of interdisciplinary and experiential learning, digital social entrepreneurship, and cooperation with social enterprises and local communities in shaping future managers. It is emphasized that modern Chinese management education aims to prepare socially responsible leaders capable of combining economic performance with social and environmental impact in accordance with global and national development goals.uk_UA
