Abstract: The contemporary business environment is increasingly shaped by the impact of force majeure conditions, including geopolitical conflicts, pandemics, global economic shocks, and rapid digital transformation. These processes significantly alter the operating conditions of enterprises in Europe, particularly in countries with transitional economies. This paper examines the transformation of strategic business management approaches in the context of growing uncertainty and systemic crises. The aim of the study is to analyze the evolution of management tools and strategic practices of enterprises during periods of global crises, as well as to identify the key factors that determine organizational resilience and long-term competitiveness. The methodological framework of the research is based on system analysis, comparative benchmarking, and the integration of analytical insights from international consulting firms and statistical sources. The findings reveal a fundamental shift from traditional management models toward digital and data-driven management systems. The study highlights the increasing importance of digital transformation, adaptive leadership, and flexible organizational structures in ensuring business resilience. At the same time, key barriers to transformation are identified, including organizational resistance to change, lack of managerial competencies, cybersecurity risks, and market instability. The results contribute to a deeper understanding of business transformation processes under crisis conditions and can be applied to the development of effective strategic management approaches in a volatile economic environment.
